All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to CTT, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
We currently ship all domestic and international orders using CTT Correio Azul Internacional.
CTT is a priority international postal service offering tracked deliveries to multiple destinations worldwide.
Delivery times are estimates provided by CTT and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.
Portugal: 1 to 2 business days
European Union: 3 to 7 business days
International (outside EU): 5 to 15 business days
Please note that delivery delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or local postal services are outside of our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system after shipment.
For international orders outside the European Union, your shipment may be subject to customs inspections and additional charges.
Moroccan Bloom is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs clearance processes. Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or abandoned, in which case no refund will be issued.
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at Contact@moroccanbloom.com within 7 days of the delivery notification so we can assist you in opening an inquiry with CTT.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
