Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging intact. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at Contact@moroccanbloom.com. Returns must be requested and approved before sending any item back. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns are currently handled via CTT (Portugal).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, broken, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.
If the item arrives damaged or broken, we will proceed with an exchange at no additional cost, after evaluation of the issue. Proof such as photos or videos may be requested to assess the claim.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

These restrictions exist for hygiene, safety, and consumer protection reasons. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For any other situation, the fastest way to receive a new item is to return the eligible unopened product (if approved) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, provided that the product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed personal care products once they have been opened after delivery.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
